University of Subway® Reports

These reports are available at the restaurant level and at the organization level. They are updated daily and include the following information. Exported reports are available in CSV and Excel formats, which you can edit, save, and print as needed.

• Active employees — The reports include the number of active users, rather than enrolled users, at each restaurant. As a result, the reports track all applicable employees (for example, their overdue status) regardless of their enrollment status.

• Active restaurants — The reports include only restaurants that have made a sale in the previous week. As a result, there is no need to filter the reports manually to remove inactive restaurants.
